Your appointment is very important to me, it is reserved especially for you! I know that unexpected events can and do occur in one’s schedule. I understand things like illness, work emergencies, delayed flights are out of your control, but they are also out of my control- so they are not a cancellation exemption. Therefore I respectfully request a 24-hour notice of cancellations and rescheduling. With in the 24 hours or same day cancellation I will charge 50% of the service booked. You deserve your full appointment time and being late compromises that. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I may need to adjust your appointment accordingly. At check out you will still be held accountable for the services originally booked.
